Turn your bundles into a beautifully crafted custom wig made just for you!

With this service, you provide the hair and I will professionally construct your wig using your bundles and closure (if applicable). Each wig is custom-made with attention to detail to ensure a natural, flawless finish.

Hair Submission

Customers are responsible for providing their own hair for this service.

New or previously used hair is accepted. If you have bundles stored in your hair stash that you'd like transformed into a custom wig, you're welcome to send them.

All bundles must:

• New or freshly washed and clean if used

• Be completely free of glue residue

• Be free of sewing thread and old install remnants

• Be in wearable condition

Hair that arrives excessively tangled, matted, dirty, or with excessive glue/thread will be returned to the customer.

Local Drop-Off Option

Local customers located in Jacksonville, FL may arrange an in-person meet-up instead of shipping their hair.

Available meet-up days:

• Wednesday

• Saturday

• Sunday

Meet-up location and time will be provided after purchase. Typically, it will be in a parking lot of a Walgreens or CVS.

Bundle Requirements

Closure Wigs

• 14" and shorter: Minimum 2 bundles + closure

• 16"–20": Minimum 3 bundles + closure

• Over 20": Minimum 4 bundles + closure

U-Part Wigs

• 14" and shorter: 2-3 bundles

• 16"–20": 3- 4 bundles

• Over 20": 4 or more bundles

Turnaround Time

Please allow 5–7 business days for wig construction after your hair has been received.

Please note:

• Turnaround time begins once your hair arrives.

• Turnaround time does not include shipping.

• Return shipping requires an additional 1–3 business days.

Important Information

• You will be contacted through email to gain information regarding how you would like your lace closure parted and if you would like baby hairs or not.

• Customers are responsible for shipping their hair to the provided address unless utilizing the local meet-up option.

• Please ensure all required bundles and closures are included before sending your hair.
  

• All sales are final once work has begun on your custom wig.
