• All downloadable digital items are final sale
• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered for digital downloads

Wigs

• All wig sales are final
• No refunds are offered on wigs

Free revision policy for wigs We may offer one free revision for a wig if all of the following apply:

• You contact us within 5 days of receiving your order

• The wig is unworn

• The wig is unaltered

• The request is for a revision only, not a refund.

How to request a revision To request your one free revision, contact us at admin@everythingeboni.com within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• A brief description of the revision requested

• Photos of the item, if needed
